Article 10 of Law 34/2002, July 11, the Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services Act imposes an obligation on all Internet Service Providers to have means that enable, both recipients of the service as well as competent bodies, permanent, easy, direct and free electronic access to certain information that we provide in this section.

All terms all used described in the previous clause are also valid and in force for any SolidQ application; including applications such as SolidQ Analytics.

The user acknowledges and accepts that all trademarks, trade names or logos, content, all industrial and intellectual property rights, and/or any other elements featured on the SolidQ.com websites are the exclusive property of SolidQ Global and/or third parties, who have the exclusive right to use such for the purposes of trade. Under no circumstances will access to the website imply any kind of surrender, transfer, license or concession, whether in full or in part, to such rights, unless otherwise expressly provided.
In accordance with that stated in the previous paragraph, users of this website are forbidden to reproduce, copy, transfer, distribute, modify or make other uses, whether in whole or in part, of the information and content of this website without prior written permission from SolidQ Global Group.
SolidQ Global is the owner of the elements that are included in the graphic design of its website, menus, HTML code, text, trademarks, logos, colour schemes, buttons, images, graphics and all other website content, as well as the layout, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents or, in any case, has the corresponding authorization for the use of the said elements. The content of this website may not be reproduced neither in whole or in part, nor transmitted or recorded by any information retrieval system in any form or by any means without prior written authorisation from the aforementioned Entity.
Therefore, the user agrees to use this website, its content and services in a diligent and correct fashion, in accordance with the law, morals, good practices and customs, public order, good will and these general conditions of use, with scrupulous respect for intellectual property rights which correspond to SolidQ Global.

In order to provide certain services on this website the user will be required to fill out a form with the data and information requested, such that if mandatory fields, marked with an asterisk, are not completed, SolidQ Global SA. may not be able to provide the service requested.

SolidQ Global assumes no responsibility for the contents and opinions expressed by the users of the SolidQ.com websites or for the information contained on third party websites which can be accessed through the search engines or links on the SolidQ.com websites.
USE OF THE WEB BY MINORS
Minors must always request permission to their parents, tutor or legal representative before accessing the SolidQ.com websites.
The parents or legal tutors of the minors are the ones who are in the last term entitled and legitimized to authorize, limit and also ban the access to precise information or contents of the SolidQ.com websites.

We inform our suppliers of the existence of Information Security Guidelines established in our organization to show the commitment of SOLIDQ in the protection and guarantee of the principles of: confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and availability of the information handled in the Corporation.
We work under an Information Security Management System, whose scope not only affects the use of assets, but extends to all persons and third parties in the knowledge and compliance with these structured guidelines according to ISO / IEC 27001 standards: 2013 Both the Policy and the Information Security Guidelines are in line with the RGPD 2016/679 of Protection of Personal Data and current regulations, which ensures compliance.
This regulation on security matters in the following fields of the organization:
- Access to facilities. In which the rules of access are regulated, making special mention of access to secure areas and regulation of access to people outside the organization.
- Access to the corporate network. The corporate resources are protected with the necessary technical security means to ensure the protection of the information, either from the facilities themselves and externally. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The SolidQ.com websites complies with the general rules in force: among others, Law Protection of Personal Data and the Law 34/2002 11th July, Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.
In the case of any dispute or conflict that may arise in relation to the SolidQ.com, websites, Spanish law will be applied, with the Courts of Spain being responsible for resolving any legal issues, parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction to which they may be otherwise entitled.
