Malmö – August 17, 2011 - SolidQ is being established in Sweden. As of September 1st, Johan Åhlén will be CEO of SolidQ Sweden, leading the activities of SolidQ in the region. “It is a great honor to be given the task to establish a world class company like SolidQ in Sweden” says Johan, who was recently awarded the status of a SolidQ mentor. To earn the SolidQ mentor title, one must be at the forefront of the latest technology and speak at international conferences. Many mentors have also written books and have achieved the status of Microsoft MVP. SolidQ’s mentors have helped Microsoft write their most advanced courses and certifications for SQL Server and Business Intelligence.

SolidQ only creates a subsidiary in any new country, when we find the right team of professionals, able to provide our services at the quality level that our customers demand. Initially, SolidQ will have about ten employees in the Öresund region including Copenhagen. In addition to providing their customers qualified consulting and strategic advice, SolidQ Sweden will participate in international research programs and work closely with Microsoft HQ’s product teams.
