Douglas McDowell is the CEO of North America for Solid Quality Mentors. He is a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for SQL Server, an MCT, MCTS, MCSE, MCDBA, and serves as the Director of Technology as well as the Director of Global Chapters on the Board of Directors for the Professional Association of SQL Server (PASS). Gianluca Hotz is a consultant specializing in architecture, high availability, capacity planning, performance tuning and database design for Microsoft SQL Server. He is working as a mentor for Solid Quality Mentors (previously known as Solid Quality Learning) and he is one of the founder and the managing director for the Italian subsidiary. Pascale Doz is a Solid Quality Mentor and Manager of Operations for Solid Quality Mentors in France. She has been working as a trainer and consultant on SQL Server and other Microsoft technologies since 1995. Aaron is a Solid Quality Mentors' mentor, based in England. He began his technical career in 1986, having already spent several years in retail management. He is a technical training consultant, with a special interest in effective information storage and manipulation. Carlos Martínez Martínez (Alicante, 1986) works in Solid Quality Mentors,

Enrique Puig Nouselles is a Solid Quality Mentors Engineer. He earned his master degree in Computer Science at University Of Alicante (Spain) and American University in Bulgaria. Nowadays Enrique combines his PHD studies with his work in Solid Quality Mentors as DPE (Data Platform Engineer). He has been awarded with official grant as part of the Torres Quevedo Program, Which is offered by Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, and is memeber of the research team at Solid. Karol Papaj, MCP, SQL Server MVP and first Solid Quality Mentors Mentor in Slovakia and Czech Republic, is an independent consultant and trainer working for CPLSs in Slovakia and Czech Republic. He has been working with SQL Server since 1995 and he works as a DBA for important companies with complex database systems in Slovakia. Besides training he works on OLTP and OLAP projects with focus on SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.
Working with Analysis Services, PerformancePoint Server, and MDX, Tim Peterson is a mentor and trainer with Solid Quality Mentors. He is the author of two books in the field of Microsoft Business Intelligence - Microsoft OLAP Unleashed and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Data Transformation Services. Jordi Rambla is a trainer and consultant, working with relational database systems, reporting solutions, and business intelligence, since 1985. Bruno Reiter is a Mentor for Solid Quality Mentors in France. He has been working as a trainer and consultant on SQL Server in all its versions since 2000 and other Microsoft technologies. Andreas Schindler is a BI professional and MCT from Austria. Since 2005, he has done a lot of development for Q4bis (http://www.q4bis.com/), a New Zealand company. He has rewritten their 'Data Server' a tool to speed up and simplify the ETL process for SQL Server data warehouses and also provides tier two support for about 200 installations of the Data Server product worldwide. Separate from his work at Q4bis Andreas has implemented many other BI projects primarily for large Austrian companies.
Daniel A. Seara is an experienced Software Developer. He has more than 20 years as Technical Instructor, Developer and Development consultant. He worked as Software consultant in a wide range of companies in Argentina and Peru. He was asked by Peruvian Microsoft Consulting Services to help more than 5 companies in their migration path to .Net development. Daniel was Argentina's Regional Director for 4 years, and was the first nominated Global Regional Director for two years. He was a Visual Basic MVP during more than 10 years, and actually he is SharePoint Server MVP, as well as the founder and "Dean" of Universidad .Net, the most visited Spanish language site to learn .Net. Eugenio Serrano is Systems Analyst. He has been developing applications related to the administrative management of companies for more than 20 years. He has participated in the execution of projects related to transactional systems, development tools and software of management using different tools and technologies, from programming in Clipper with Novell networks, FoxPro, Visual BASIC, COM, MTS to .NET Framework 1,0 and .NET Framework 2.0. Geoff Snowman is a mentor with Solid Quality Mentors, where he teaches cloud computing, .NET development, and service-oriented architecture. His role includes helping to create SolidQ's line of Azure and cloud computing courseware. Ken is the Practice Manager, Development Platform and a mentor for Solid Quality. He has been developing and managing application development with various languages and technologies for over two decades. He has also developed tools to migrate applications to .NET such as large Access applications and tools to generate complete applications in WPF. Ken spends his time these days providing software design guidance, working with clients on SharePoint technologies, working as build master for large projects (with our customer build software) and teaching in various venues, and works with a great team to provide custom technology and services.
Ken has experience developing applications with Visual Studio .NET and the .NET Framework, WPF, Silverlight, Blend, Visual Basic, C#, and SQL Server. He specializes in enterprise collaboration and reporting solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services and SharePoint 2007. Erik Veerman is a Mentor for Solid Quality Mentors focusing on training, mentoring and architecting solutions on the SQL Server BI platform. Richard Waymire has been working on SQL Server since version 4.2. He has worked as a DBA, Trainer, and consultant on SQL Server. Starting in 1998, Richard joined Microsoft and worked as a Program Manager on the SQL Server development team, designing features such as failover clustering, security, manageability components and tools, setup, and high availability technologies. Before working on SQL Server, Richard was a DBA on DB2 for MVS as well as Teradata systems. He is the author of several books on SQL Server, and has trained thousands of people on SQL Server at conferences and training events over the years.

Dr. Mark Whitehorn, a mentor with Solid Quality Mentors, specializes in the areas of data analysis, data modelling, data warehousing and business intelligence (BI). He also works as a consultant for a number of national and international companies, designing databases and BI systems. He was invited by Microsoft to help define the role of BI architect. This definition was captured as a USD (Unified Skills Domain) and has subsequently been used to define all of Microsoft's BI training material. Mark is a well-recognised commentator on the computer world, publishing about 100,000 words a year, which appear in the form of articles, white papers and books. He has written eleven books on database and BI technology. The first, Inside Relational Databases has been selling well since publication in 1997 and is now in its third edition. The most recent is about MDX, the language for manipulating multi-dimensional data structures.
